Here in the USA, we are celebrating Mother’s Day, our holiday to honor the love our mothers give us. We all share one Mother, our Mother Earth.

Speak these words anytime you wish to transform angry feelings back to love. When we forgive others and receive forgiveness from others, we bring health into our bodies.
